Bahan Membuat Chocolate mousse (eggless)

  1. 1/4 cup air.
  2. 1 bungkus bengbeng drink (= 2sdm coklat bubuk).
  3. 180 g dark cooking chocolate.
  4. 125 ml air es.
  5. 75 g whipping cream bubuk.

Langkah Memasak Chocolate mousse (eggless)

  1. Dimikser whipping cream bubuk dengan air es hingga kaku, disisihkan..
  2. Dilarutkan bengbeng drink di gelas dengan air. Lalu dicampur dengan dcc yang telah di potong kecil. Dipindahkan ke wadah tahan panas. Lalu ditim hingga dcc meleleh, diangkat dan dibiarkan hangat..
  3. Dicampurkan dcc yang telah di tim dengan wihipping cream yang telah dimikser. Dilakukan 3 tahap, lalu diaduk rata. Dituang dalam gelas. Adonan kental banget yaaa 😊.
  4. Disajikan dingin lebih nikmat..
