  1. 250 Gram Kentang.

  4. 3 Bawang Merah.
  5. 1 sendok teh Lada.
  6. 1/2 Sendok teh Royco.
  7. secukupnya Garam.
  8. secukupnya Seledri.
  9. 1 butir Telur.
  10. Minyak untuk mengoreng.

Langkah Memasak Berkedel Corned Beef

  1. Siapkan kentang, kupas, lalu sisihkan..
  2. Potong kentang setelah itu goreng kentang sampai masak,setelah itu haluskan kentang dan sisihkan..
  3. Haluskan bumbu:bawang putih,lada, Royco 1/2 Sendok teh dan garam..
  4. Potong seledri tipis tipis.
  5. Kentang yg sudah dihaluskan masukkan wadah,setelah itu tambahkan kornet,bumbu yg sdh dihaluskan,seledri kemudian aduk sampai rata,lalu bentuk bulat-bulat dan sisihkan.
  6. Siapkan telur kocok, bergedel kornet masukkan dlm telur kocok.bergedel kornet siap di goreng..
  7. Siapkan minyak di penggorengan,masak berkedel sampai masak,kalau sdh kecoklatan angkat dan berkedel bisa ditiriskan.
  8. Berkedel Kornet siap disantap bersama keluarga.
